White Beetroot

White Beetroot lacks many of the hallmarks of other varieties of beetroot; this makes it more unique in its own right.

The pale colour masks a delicate and less earthy flavour than other beetroot. Instead the white beetroot has a sweeter flavouring. The white beetroot continues to be unique as it does not bleed like other beetroot is known too.

It can be cooked and treated exactly the same as other beetroots and retains the versatility of the other varieties. Its unique colour when mixed with other beetroot varieties and roasted provides and interesting contrast and the various degrees of sweetness makes for a crisp and delicious roasted mix of beetroot.
