Sugar Snap Peas
Sugar snap peas are an excellent spring treat.
Delicious raw in salads then can also be boiled, roasted, steamed or fried.
One excellent way to serve them is to boil them for a few minutes then drain, from there toss them in a bowl with a little bit of sesame oil and sea salt to make a deliciously sweet and savoury side dish.
