Potato Purple
One of the more unusual potatoes you will find but by no means any less delicious the purple potato adds a vibrant injection of colour to a meal.
The flesh can range from a completely purple colour to having white rings within it. Either way it is still a visually striking alternative to the more traditionally creamy coloured spuds we are accustomed to.
A great way to liven up a meal or confuse the kids by serving up purple chips or purple mash.
