Potato Egyptian
Egyptian potatoes have a smooth golden skin and are great cooked alongside other ingredients.
Peeled and roasted alongside peppers, onions, garlic and spices like paprika and turmeric creates a wonderfully flavourful and aromatic dish which is fantastic with chicken or fish.
