Grown in very specific conditions to maximise the amount of sunlight they receive, the lengthy 200 day growing period turns the Pink Lady into a crisp textured apple bursting with delicious juicy flavour.
Great to eat just on their own the Pink Lady is also a versatile dessert apple. They are fairly hardy so they retain their shape when cooked in pies or crumbles. Due to the flesh of the apple being slow to oxidise and discolour the Pink Lady is a fantastic choice of apple for cheeseboards.
