Peppers Bell
Easily recognisable the world over and readily available throughout the year the bell pepper comes in a variety of colours from the more common red, green, yellow and orange to more unusual colours like brown and purple. Most commonly available in red, green, yellow and orange these peppers are widely versatile, ideal for use over summer in kebabs or salads. Then as the weather turns colder they can be stuffed with a variety of ingredients such as couscous for a hearty winter meal.
