Microleaf Ruby Chard
The idea behind the microleaf is interesting, pick during a plants first leaf stage in order to get smaller tender leaves that boast an intense flavour. Microleaf ruby chard utilises this theory to great effect yielding small vivid leaves that not only taste great with their earthy beetroot flavour but also look stunning on the plate with their recognisable red stems either in salads or added to soups.
