Lettuce Endive English
The long pale green and creamy white pointed leaves of the English endive make it a vibrant and visually interesting lettuce leaf.
Related to the daisy the unique appearance of English endive makes an excellent decorative garnish. However it also makes an aesthetically pleasing salad when served with other mixed leaves of differing textures and colours, dressed with a vibrant tangy balsamic vinaigrette.
