Jazz Apple

This round, rosy skinned cross between the Braeburn and the Royal Gala is a wonderfully crisp and flavoursome apple.

The Jazz Apple is ideally suited for baking into pies or muffins, it is also robust enough to be used in savoury dishes, either roasted alongside vegetables or in some cases sliced and placed into the cavity of a chicken during roasting to help add a subtle sweet flavour and moisture to the bird.
