Chillies Scotch Bonnet
Named for its resemblance to a Tam O’Shanter the Scotch Bonnet is roughly ten times hotter than the Jalapeno.
The sweet flavour and potent intense heat of the vivid orange and red Scotch Bonnets are commonly found in a lot of Caribbean dishes and is superb when used alongside all spice and garlic in a Jerk marinade for chicken, fish or pork.
