Chillies Naga

The Naga chilli goes by a few names, the Bhut Jolokia and the Ghost Pepper to name two, but no name really does justice to the extreme heat of this small chilli.

The hottest naturally grown chilli on the planet the Naga weighs in on the Scoville scale (the scale for measuring the heat of chillis) as being somewhere around four hundred times hotter than Tabasco!

Possessing a bold and unrelenting heat that builds over time the Naga should be used sparingly in hot sauces, curries and fiery marinades with plenty of citrus used to temper and cut through the searing heat of the inferno hot Naga chilli.
