Celeriac

An increasingly popular vegetable, Celeriac is a variety of celery cultivated for its delicious edible roots.

Celeriac grows all year round but is particularly at its best from September to April.

Celeriac has a subtle nutty flavour and contains less starch than other root vegetables. It can be enjoyed raw or cooked. Celeriac is also incredibly versatile able to be thinly sliced and used in salads, mashed, or cubed and sautéed with garlic and herbs for a delicious crispy side dish.
