Cauliflower Romanesco
Originating in Italy the Romanesco Cauliflower is a unique and visually stunning addition to a meal. With its unique cone like appearance and rich green colour the Romanesco is a visual delight, factor in its sweet and nutty flavour and it becomes even more impressive.
