Carrots Chantenay

Chantenay Carrots, named after the Chantenay region of north western France where they originate are recognisably stout and small. Able to simply wash before use with no need to peel Chantenay carrots are a convenient and wonderfully tasty carrot. Ideal for roasting, simply cut the carrots in half and drizzle with a little honey and sprinkle with thyme to create a deliciously sweet and sticky dish.
