Cabbage Tundra
Tundra Cabbage is a hardy variety that is in season throughout the winter months of November to March. The rugged dark green leaves are superb when served with a strong or sweeter flavour such as bacon. Seasoned lightly with salt and pepper and then gently wilted in the pan with some crisp bacon can transform Tundra Cabbage into a delicious side dish.
