Cabbage Spring

Spring Cabbage is a leafy variety with a strong flavour and deep green leaves. The leaves themselves are rich in vitamins and boast a particularly high concentration of vitamin C. Due to its strong flavour the Spring Cabbage is well suited for cooking alongside ingredients with a strong flavour. Spring Cabbage cooked with mustard, ginger and garlic makes for a delicious and aromatic dish which is superb served alongside steak.
