Cabbage Primo

With green, tight glossy leaves the Primo cabbage has an incredibly high level of vitamins and is incredibly versatile. Able to be stir-fried, boiled, steamed, shredded or braised the primo cabbage can be used in a multitude of ways. One great way to use the Primo cabbage is to finely shred the leaves and add them to minced chicken or pork when making a filling for gyoza, a traditional Asian finger food.
