Brussel Sprout Stalks
Instead of coming in a typical mesh bag or loose these sprouts come still attached to their stalk. Much like with tomatoes on the vine this enhances their flavour. Sprouts are wonderful when shredded and fried, this is a great way to transform their image from the frowned upon vegetable of Christmas past into something much more desirable. Combine them with lots of butter, black pepper and lardons for a real Christmas treat.
