Potato Harmony
A round and smooth textured potato which is excellent for making chunky chips or wedges.
Chop into wedges, par-boil then place in a bowl, mix through some harissa paste to coat the wedges then put in a parcel made of tin foil and throw it on the BBQ.
The result is a deliciously spiced smokey potato wedge that’s great alongside a burger.
