Onions Red
Red onions are much milder and sweeter tasting than their larger counterpart. They make a wonderful garnish for salads and burgers whilst also being superb when cut into wedges and roasted.
A brilliant way to prepare red onions is to thinly slice them and mix them with some balsamic vinegar and black pepper, this then makes a truly wonderful sweet garnish for rich meat such as steak.
