Onions Pickling
These smaller onions are perfect for pickling! Washed and then placed in a sterilised jar filled with pickling vinegar and whatever spices you like, once left for a few days to cure in their pickling mixture you are left with a wonderful savoury treat that is great in lunches, salads or as an accompaniment to left over roast beef.
