Mooli
Mooli is a type of radish more commonly referred to as Daikon in Japanese cuisine.
Common in a variety of Asian dishes Mooli is used in everything from stir-fry to pickles.
Frequently used because of its milder flavour than other radishes it makes for a wonderful garnish for lighter flavoured foods such as fish dishes.
