Microleaf Fennel
Microleaf fennel has a delicate aniseed flavour which adds an interesting dimension to salad. However where microleaf fennel truly shines is when served alongside fish. Used as a garnish when serving salmon or tune microleaf fennel will add a wonderful freshness to the dish accentuating the taste of the fish.
