Microleaf Celery
Harvested when the first true leaves appear on the plant the microleaf celery has the same fresh taste as its larger counterpart. Wonderful as a garnish or a salad this smaller version of celery can be used to provide an interesting visual twist on a Bloody Mary cocktail.
