Lettuce Curly
Curly lettuce gets its name from the distinctive curls of its bright green leaves.
The leaves work to add a pleasant degree of body to salads whilst also imparting a delicious sweet flavour.
Curly lettuce is at its best when served with other mixed leaves and topped with a tangy vinaigrette made from Dijon mustard, olive oil and red wine vinegar to complement the sweetness found in the leaf.
