Cress Afillia
Affillia cress is notable for its uniquely shaped leaves which make a wonderful garnish and bear a resemblance to pea shoots. The Affillia Cress is related to the sugar pea which is in part an explaination for its appearance and its subtle pea flavour. Affillia is a great substitute for peas in a dish. ideally suited to use in dishes which contain either bitter or tangy ingredients which really allow the flavour of the cress to shine.
