Cabbage Sweetheart
With a peak season of May to November the Sweetheart Cabbage has a refreshing and delicate flavour. The long loose leaves are ideally suited to adding body and substance to stews and casseroles but are also fantastic in a spicy stir-fry as their refreshing taste can cut through the heat.
