Broccoli Tenderstem
Tenderstem Broccoli is smaller than the more common varieties of broccoli. With small florets and long thin stems the tenderstem has a pleasant sweet and delicate flavour. Well suited to being cooked quickly, one excellent way to cook tenderstem broccoli is to griddle it and drizzle it with a mixture of honey and chilli to make a deliciously sticky, sweet and spicy dish which is excellent served on top of rice with some grilled chicken.
